These Terms of Service govern your use of Hairful.store and purchases made through Hairful. By accessing our website, using our services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Throughout these Terms, “Hairful,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the seller operating Hairful.store.

Hairful is an online store based in Norway offering hair and beauty products to customers internationally.

Hairful currently operates without a registered organization number. The store's legal business information will be updated if and when the business is formally registered.

By using Hairful.store or placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
You may not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.
3. Products
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications, and other information displayed on Hairful.store are accurate.
However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions, hair colour, and other factors.
Hair concealer results can also vary depending on hair type, hair colour, amount of product used, and application technique.
We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve identical results.
Nothing in this section limits your rights if a product is defective, incorrectly described, or otherwise does not conform to your purchase agreement.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on Hairful.store or during checkout.
Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, or other charges will be displayed or communicated where required.
We may change product prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted, except where permitted by applicable law.
If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods available during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Hairful does not directly store your complete credit or debit card information when payment is processed by a third-party payment provider.
6. Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
- Payment problems
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Technical errors
- Suspected misuse of our website
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.
7. Shipping & Fulfillment
Hairful works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment providers to process and deliver orders.
This means your product may be shipped directly from a fulfillment facility located outside Norway.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
International deliveries may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, local delivery services, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Please contact us at support@hairful.store as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or been shipped.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, voluntary guarantees, damaged products, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please do not automatically return products to the address printed on the shipping package. Because we use third-party fulfillment providers, this may not be the correct return address.

10. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase.
For Norwegian consumers, eligible online purchases generally include a 14-day right of withdrawal beginning after the product is received. Hairful will respect all mandatory withdrawal rights that apply to the customer's purchase.
Customers must notify us if they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Where required, Hairful will provide the necessary information and withdrawal form.
Certain exceptions may apply under applicable law, including in specific circumstances involving sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at support@hairful.store.
Please provide your:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photos or video showing the issue where reasonably necessary
We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Our 30-day return/refund arrangements do not eliminate statutory complaint rights. In Norway, the complaint period for defective goods is generally two years and can be five years for products intended to last substantially longer.
12. Personal-Care & Beauty Products
Some products sold by Hairful are beauty or personal-care products.
Please follow the instructions and warnings supplied with the product.
Do not use a product in a way that contradicts its provided instructions.
If you experience an unexpected adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.
13. Product Results
Hairful products are intended to provide cosmetic results.
Results may vary between individuals.
Factors such as hair type, hair colour, application technique, lighting, amount applied, and other individual characteristics may affect how a product looks or performs.
Before-and-after images and demonstrations are intended to illustrate possible product use or results and do not guarantee identical results for every customer.
We will not knowingly make product-performance claims that we cannot reasonably substantiate. Norwegian consumer guidance requires marketing claims to be accurate and substantiated and prohibits misleading information about product characteristics.
14. Promotions & Discount Codes
Hairful may occasionally offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, or special offers.
Promotions may have separate conditions and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.
We may reject promotional-code use where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, or an obvious technical error.
15. Intellectual Property
The Hairful name, branding, original website content, graphics, photographs owned by Hairful, and other original Hairful materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or commercially distributed without permission.
Third-party trademarks, photographs, videos, product designs, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms gives Hairful ownership of third-party intellectual property.
16. Reviews & Customer Content
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, video, or other content to Hairful, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.
You may not submit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, or infringing content.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove inappropriate content where permitted by law.
17. Third-Party Services
Hairful.store may rely on third-party services for ecommerce functionality, payments, order fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and other services necessary to operate the store.
Some information may therefore be shared with relevant service providers where necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, deliver purchases, or operate the website.

18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Hairful.store to:

Changes to these Terms will not remove statutory rights that customers already have in relation to purchases made before the changes.

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law where applicable.
Customers located outside Norway may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws applicable in their country or region.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
